All orders are being shipped within 24 hours, unless backordered.
We use UPS, FedEx or US MAIL to ship orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Certified Check and Money Orders.
- Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization.
- The intention to return an item must be notified to us 15 days after your order has been made.
- All products must be in perfect condition with tags still on and in packaging.
- For reason of hygiene the return product must be unworn and unused.
- We are willing to change an item with another one of the same value.
- If a credit card was not used at the time of ordering a refund of your money is possible.
- Shipment cost can not be refunded.
- In case of a return caused by Erostar Inc fault shipment cost for re-sending a new item is free.
- We recommend purchasing insurance since we can not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. We cannot guarantee that your package will not be damaged upon arrival to your address.
- Any damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products. Our products are brand new and have not been used. If a product arrives that looks damaged, dirty, resealed immediately file a claim with the carrier. Save all original packing material for inspection by the local postal inspectors.
